Credit We are happy to extend credit to our customers but it is a privilege that must be respected and earned by paying promptly. Our terms are net 30 days, less 2% in 14 days and plus 1.5%/month from date of invoice if over 30 days.

Minimum Charges For work being billed against a purchase order, there is a minimum charge of $100. For work being paid in cash or by check, the minimum charge is $25.

Disposition of Samples If you request the return of your samples, they will, of course, be returned to you along with your analytical results. If you do not so request, they will be stored for 30 days after which they may be discarded.

Confidentiality All information given to us or learned by us in the process of analysis will be held in the strictest confidence. At no time will we divulge any information about you or your work to any other person or organization without your permission or your approval of submitting work to one of our cooperating labs. These labs in turn are bound by the same terms of confidentiality.

Limitation of Liability Foothills Analytical Laboratory will at all times strive to provide the most accurate of analyses and interpretations thereof. However we will not be liable for any consequential damages as a result of using this data beyond the cost of the original analysis. Any photographs provided are a part of the service and are not goods of sale.
